Where Are The Amaechi Friends, Loyalist And Supporters? Betrayal Of Trust...... by MrAladin: 9:15pm On May 31, 2013 |
WHERE ARE THE AMAECHI FRIENDS, LOYALISTS AND SUPPORTERS? BETRAYAL OF TRUST... When the chips are down then you’ll realise whom your TRUE friends and supporters really are, this is just the case with my Governor (Gov.CRA) of RIVERS STATE. When I took on him with my innocuous comments amidst love, his goons, the busybodies and sycophants misconstrued me. They called me all sorts of names and painted me in bad light before their “Oga at the top”, now where are they in this heat? Are they suffering his fate or, he’s carrying the cross all by himself? Politicians should think… First, it is good to fight. Even the Holy BOOK (the BIBLE) agreed to believers being “angry” if they’re badly bruised but the CONDITIONAL clause is; “Do not let the sun go down in your anger”. I call this, the break-up and make-up model. Similarly, that same BIBLE said there is time for everything; this is where one needs to apply the “uncommon common sense”, indeed common sense is NOT common, it is the ‘sixth sense” but, hard to find. It is expedient to fight and disobey when necessary but know when to cease-fire; no man has the monopoly of insults, disrespects, witch-hunt, etc. It is gainful to know when to leave a fight especially, when the ovation is still loud for you. I guess my Governor missed all these here, he was ill advised, perhaps. However, he may have his salient reasons for putting up a fight bigger than him. Although, some lowlives were busy fanning the embers for their self-aggrandize ment unknown to him. Now, where are the advisers beating the drums of WAR for him them? Guess they’re having their cool. When elders chastise, they do so with love. Often times, they beat with the right hand and receive you back with the left hand. Yes, I know incorporation back into a fold after a betrayal depends on; the willingness to forgive and the willingness to accept you were wrong, I also guess neither my Governor nor his antagonisers would have taken this path correctly. It is either one party sought for PEACE initially and the other turned down the hand of fellowship, or both parties have decided to play dirty at the detriment of the common man. Too often my people have misconstrued POWER to be a tool to usurp authority and flex muscles, too bad. Yes, Governor Amaechi missed it ab initio but forgive. Thing is, my political leaders from the Niger Delta are yet to understand what “divide and rule” means in Nigeria. Our unity is tantamount to doom for some so called elites from the ‘greedy and born-to-rule-re gion’, they will do everything humanly possible to stymie our unity and dismember our political common-fronts. Too bad my political leaders prefers dissipating their energies and flexing their ill gotten political muscles ONLY within the region, they prefer to be used by others against their brothers. Truth is, if it were in other regions; their political leaders would concertedly work in a common-front for the common good of their people. Instead of doing this, rather my people would prefer to play the “stinking saint” of self-delusion; they’ll want to appear to be Countrymen. They’ll appear to be statesmen even when they’re not, they want to ‘impress’ others at the detriment of our people, how has that helped our region and people? Now, some born-to-rule bigots whose interest is to make this Country ungovernable have succeeded in planting the seed of discord between the political rank and file in the Niger Delta whilst, their region remains unitedly conceited. I wonder when my South- South leaders would learn to stop presenting themselves to be used as the laboratory animals (political animals) against each other at alter of political greed that benefits their instigators? When two South-South political bigwigs fight, a non-Southerner benefits from being the brain behind it. As we speak, the heavens are telling and falling on Amaechi, even the gods are angry. Poco a poco, the Governors supporting my Governor are all hiding their heads, why? After noising everywhere and supporting him, they’re now hiding and denying him already. Nonetheless, RIVERS people are at the receiving end in this directionless, shameless and greedy fight of showmanship. I reiterate, what is our collective interest in this fight? Heed to wise counsel; “END THE WAR IN RIVERS STATE”, make PEACE now that you still had the chance. Sheath your swords, make peace with all men, apologise where necessary and move on. I’ll be direct and open here, my Governor should retrace his steps and make peace before water pass garri. Where are the elders that gave you their support initially, where are your counterparts (fellow Governors) that appeared to be supporting you? Particularly, where’s Kwankwaso, Babaingida Aliyu, Uduaghan, Chime, Lamido, Oshomole, Shettima, Fashiola etc? Where are they? Are they on holidays or, they’ve used and dumped you? Please sir, for your own good, make peace and move, there’s no trophy to be won. This is my senseless sense again, harken. Always, MAOBUYE NANGI OBU The Wondering Wanderer |

I was watching pdp dinner night yesterday held at the presidential villa. Hmmmmmmm! What I saw there. The only person that was missing in that dinner night was amaechi. Even tambwal gave a speech amongst other haevy weights. All the pdp governors were there live. Gej said in his speech that in the eleventh hour pdp will be united as has always been in the past. Gosh! You needed to see the love been shared in that dinner. Wow! Wtf.... Waht is amaechi's fate. Mehn politics is really dirty. When the chips are down, we will know amaechi's fate. Damn. 1 Like |

Going by wha i saw and observed at d PDP dinner, Jonathan is an emerging strong man of Nigerian politics, everythn revolves around him now and he has the support of all the zonal pdp chairmen and d likes of BOT chairman Anenih, David Mark are also behind GEJ. OBJ,IBB and Atiku saw it coming and decided to hide in shame thats y they r absent. Am really sorry for Amaechi coz he has been used and by the time GEJ z done wit him he wil become politically irrelevant. |
