My name is Daniel jnr, i graduated from Uniuyo where i obtained my first degree in Computer Science....i finish my service last year Oct,2012 bt since then goin from one office to another in search of job is been my work, how crazy it is* But sincerely, i came to realize dat most of this company place more higher value to graduate with working experience to fresh graduates who jst finish serving they country, despite your grade* Almost all the interview i went , i will say i performed very well bt at the end of evry thing they disqualify me simply bcause i have no job experience...i know a guy who was interviewed with me & i had a better grade that the gu, but simply because this young has worked with a firm before, they decided to drop me & pick him....i pleaded for they training bt that never help the matter* So, right now am really freaky out with this experience policy..what am i goin to do cos i hate idleness* Pls your kindly advise is urgently needed, thannxx & God bless!
