one of the websites i manage has been recently hacked by a group of hacker nd der neva droped their contact other than their facebook page which i ve sent a message to bt dey neva replied!

pls what can i do to get my site back,
what can u help with ( advice or action)

pls i will really appreciate feedbacks.

Have you lost ftp access to the website? If not, Ftp to the server and delete the files they put there. Otherwise, just re-upload the website all over again

i would av jst try dat nw bt fortunately, it has been released back!

The problem is your hosting company. There server is not very secured. I use to have this problem until I moved to mynaijahost.com, apart from there secured server, they usually send out newsletter to there clients about how to secure there sites. Even at sign up they will send you some guides. With these you can avoid hacking of your site. Sorry, I am not there marker o. But they are good.

Sorry about that. Next time use a strong web hosting Company like Hostgator or Godaddy or just go with a blogger template.

Host providers make or break a site. Choose wisely next time.
