Your laptop battery got damaged, no thanks to the way the seller packaged the battery. We promised you a new one after speaking with the seller and we also promised you DHL shipping to that effect (owing to the fact that the ban by Chinese airlines on batteries negated our Express shipping arrangement to which your total price was even deducted).

Now, I'd like you to note that DHL charges nothing less than $50 to ship down a single battery to Nigeria.

You certainly know how the process of buying stuff on AliExpress goes:
- The seller has to be contacted.
- Seller replies.
- Purchase is made.
- 24 hour AliExpress payment verification is done on said payment.
- Seller packages the goods and ships out.
- Goods get to us in 2 or 3 days.

These protocols can't be dodged or manipulated, neither can a seller be forced to type a reply/replies.

Severally, I've written to clients on this thread that if a seller doesn't reply, a transaction can't take place; also, severally, I've written to several clients on this thread that payment verification takes place for 24 hours; severally, I've also written to several clients on this thread that sellers don't ship on weekends.

With the last paragraph in mind, let's see how the replacement of your battery should be.

You came to our office on Wednesday. We spoke to the seller on Thursday like we promised you. Seller replied during weekend and payment was made on Monday. Verification was done and dusted yesterday and it was already nightfall in China which made my statement about the shipping on Tuesday in that picture invalid. Are we on track? DHL can't fly your item in a day.

Telling you that you can get the battery replacement on Thursday is a lie which I won't tell you. I don't do that.
