Unless you want me to pay you for only the first item which you previously have created invoice on. The other 3 items you never created invoice for them. Do you want me to create the invoice myself and pay you?

Nobody does business like that. Clients do not just make a choice and stick with it. You should know that I sell these things and I am working based on the clients budget. I can't pay you for what my client says she cannot afford. The way you created the invoices for me is the same way I have created and it was rejected. I never gave up maybe because I am new in business and I really want to make my clients happy. So create my invoice and bear it in mind that this is not the first or our last business.

Hi Amhappy.

While we understand your perspective, invoices are currently manually generated at Specuit and clients are assigned a max. of 3 invoices. The team can't - within available resources - continue creating invoices as we wish or want it to be. If these invoices were - and are - auto-generated, it's a different ball game and would rightly be bad and unheard of to do "...business like that".

It currently doesn't and won't work that way if we apply what you're suggesting to all clients. This will mean that one client can ask for similar invoice 10 times and then, you multiply that by 250+ clients and you've got lots of invoices.

The invoice will be created but please, do understand that the S & M Team can't go on creating same invoice of similar items on and on.
