I believe an update was given to you (see the screenshot).

You can see the date on the mail you attached is July 26th; 2 days back made it a week. I don't understand how this has clocked 2 weeks already. I'd prefer, at this point, getting your money back from the employee at GIGL who stole/misplaced your parcel just like I suggested to you as one of the options when we spoke on the phone - and ensure I push for a possible compensation from him (again, just like I discussed with you). Just so it doesn't seem like I neglected your complaint, which I clearly didn't (I explained this to you and gave you details on the two options before us).
