Why Job Seekers Are Not Communicated When They Fail A Test Or Interview? by akaystum: 12:07pm On Jun 05, 2013
It has become the norms in Nigeria for Employers of Labour not to at least inform job seekers they wont be recruited because he/she have failed the test or interview. Meanwhile, the job seeker will still be expecting a call-up for next stage, the recruitment process would have ended and successful candidate recruited.
This kind of communication gap gives job seekers sleepless night and dashed their hope if nothing is forthcoming and more worrisome getting to know that the position they applied for have been occupied months earlier.

I propose a law enforcing employers to communicate the outcome of a test or interview to the job seeker either successful or otherwise. This will improve Job seekers experience, at least you'll know where you got it wrong.

Why collect CVs, conduct test and interview if its not useful to the organizations and the Job seekers.

What is your proposition? Do you support or inveigh this?
