Who is your provider, what kind of phone do you have, exactly what kind of help do you need, etc.

if u are usin mtn, just type settings and send to 3888, vmobile depends on where u are as their grps service inst widespread. if u are in lagos and using vmobile, type wapgprs or wapcsd if theres no gprs. send to 184. for glo simply call 121 and ask to be activated.
