With this new PHCN fixed fee of 750 naira, how can we invest. This is a surprise to me today 5th june 2013 as i went to pay for prepaid meter card. Only to discover that PHCN has changed their fixed charge from 500 to 750 naira. Many customers went home without buying card. |
