I use to take sleeping pills untill the day I screwed up my health. The more sleeping pills I take, the more active I become and I landed up in the hospital and they found out that my body reacts the complete opposite when it comes to sleeping pills and caffeine.

Turn out to be, all I need was a bf to make me sleep.! HAHA!

Maybe you should get a gf. It might work for you.
