Metro LP, would be organizing its first in a series of seminars for aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners. With the theme ‘Law and Entrepreneurship’ , the seminar aims at educating budding entrepreneurs and business owners on the legal aspects of their businesses in order to avoid costly legal mistakes which may have serious adverse effects on the business.

The focus areas of the seminar are company formation, protection of intellectual property, employee issues, drafting and negotiating company contracts, dispute resolution options among other issues.
