About us ToLet.com.ng is an online rental agency Requirements -Applicant MUST posses a B.sc Degree in estate management or any other related field -Must be hard wired -Must have experience in or exposure to the property management, advertising and internet industries,motivated by ambitious targets and do what it takes to hit them. -Must be familiar with Microsoft packages including Word and Excel to intermediate level, have an excellent eye for detail and thrive on working effectively under pressure within a busy fast moving environment. -Fluent in primary language (English) -Fluent in Yoruba -Young and proactive -Good etiquette -Strong data analysis, research and organisational skills Responsibilities -Welcome potential residents, highlight community features, oversee lease applications, and follow up with prospects -Collect rent and balance accounts receivables -Receive service requests and submit them to maintenance -Manage tenants -Manage the condition of the property -Comprehensive report to the property owner To apply for this role, send your CV to jobs@tolet.com.ng |
