Although I dont Know your Career Plan, But this is what I can Say about CCSP:

To get all these, you need to earn certification such as CCSP. please note that the essence of being certified in any field is that, it gives you an edge and it also provide avenue for continuous learning. Organizations would prepared people who engage in self learning than those whose learning is static just because they have been able to gather the traditional degrees /masters/PHD. These degree as good as they seems they are all seen as traditional Education and not professional qualification. I got you thinking? yes, do you know that any professional certification whether Local or foreign makes you feel like a thorough PRO in what ever you are doing. This is because you would be seen as a specialist or a consultant in that lines of career.You need to ask accountants who are not yet ICAN/ACCA certified. they will tell you how discrimination has hunted them above their means in the workplace.

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) as a career option is not a Nigerian Certification though. CCSP is a Global certification issued by Service Quality Institute (SQI) USA, CCSP Members are present in over 40 countries in the world, hence cutting across major International Languages.

THE GOOD NEWS!

Service Quality Institute -USA is currently admitting people for the certification. This professional certification can now be obtained in Nigeria through the platform of training partners. This Partners are licensee from Service Quality Institute in the United State Of America. There are loads of Certified CCSP Professional in West Africa. Training, Robust Lectures,Mentoring and Job Opportunities can now be gotten in some west African countries including Nigeria. WOW, a leverage right? However, Certificates is issued by SQI,but the Certification Exam is BASICALLY ONLINE.

Where To Work?

Quiet a number of Multinationals and most Telecommunication are top notch places where CCSP professionals thrives.And believe me these CCSP professionals earn fortunes from these companies especially the Telecommunication organisations.

Where to get Centre In Nigeria?

Just as I have told you Nigeria is among the few African countries with Licensee Training Centres for Customer service Certification as regulated by Service Quality Institute. However, because we are not to post any suggestive adverts in this section I will be silent on that area.Although I know about three of them regulated in Nigeria, but I will let those companies by anonymous.
