Monday is 5-7pm
Thursday is 5-7pm

Whether its been done in a private lab centre or public, it still make some sense. Averall in the form, the name of the hospital wont be there save the test results. You should go a public hospital. But just note that they work with dates (appointments). So if you're been given a far date for the test dont hesitate to try a private lab.
