• Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.
• Ensuring effective internal communication within the team and Customer Support and across the company.
• Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Despite personally acquired basic skills, adequate training will be given to all qualified applicants.
2. You must be ready to work in/with a team with good interpersonal relation skills.

3. You must be fluent in English or Yoruba Language/other languages as appropriate.
4. You must be determined and focus with big dreams.
5. You must have the right attitude to influence and engage people positively.
6. You must have an idea of the internet/or internet savvy.
8. Passionate about making a difference in society
