Some reasons why things in china are cheap. 1. Cost of labour is lower in china 2. Currency is lower. This means that chinese people buy local products instead imported products. Foreign companies are happy to invest in china because their $(dollars) buy more and products are role for less. 3. China focuses on hand made products e.g assembling iphones (not making the chips inside, just putting it together. |
