For over 30yrs, Nigerians cry over the same problems. Bad roads, unemployment,insecurity, lack of water and electricity etc. And I wonder how come each new govt comes in knowing these problems and they don't solve them once and for all.

Then I realized that if they solve these problems, they won't have anything to promise the masses during campigns.

Could it be that the govt neglects most of these problems simply to have something to promise during elections.
