Hello try drinking a lot of fluids... water and not all these processed juice. Try taking it in the mornings. You can also squeeze lime into the water and drink. Aim for at least 2 cups of water before and after meals. Also start eating fruits and vegetables to increase your fibre intake. I nor be doctor o...but these tips should help you. |
