There are lots of business ideas but the one I am on is making real estate a short term investment platform with more control on the cashflow and value of the property. Rather than just see it as a long term investment. Let's start from there. |

I have an idea for a very lucrative real estate business in Abuja. My problem is lack of capital. I need N20m as take off capital. The project will cost circa N780m and generate a modest profit of N240m, out of which I am willing to let an investor or investors share 20% (ie.N48m) I have 2 houses in Lagos from which I get annual rent of over N2.5m monthly. I can pledge one of them to any serious investor. If there are part investors, minimum investment should be N1m each. Your views, N'landers. |
