SIf d God of Abraham is ur God,u cannot die small,poor or insignificant. Y? D God of Abraham takes pleasure in making His children great.Which of Abraham,Isaac or Jacob,of whom God is associated wit by name was poor? Jeremiah 29:11says,"For I know d thoughts dat I think towards u,saith d LORD,thoughts of peace,nd not of evil,2 give u an expected end". Are u a child of d Most High God? D Lord will equally make u great.U will not die in poverty.U will not be insignificant. I have tasted both poverty nd wealth nd make bold 2 say dat d latter is far better dan d former.I hav had 2 walk for d first 15yrs of my life witout shoes bcus we could not afford dem.In my final year in d grammar school,I was a fairly good student so I won some prizes.We used 2 hav a prize giving day shortly b4 d school vacated.On dat day, all who excelled in a particular subject would come out nd shake hands wit d principal nd be given a prize.D final year students were expected 2 wear a white shirt on white trousers nd shoes.Having won a prize,I had no trousers or shoes 2 wear.I began 2 question God y He allowed me 2 win a prize wen He knew dat I had no complementary uniform 2 receive it.At dat point,one of d boys in d hostel who had six pairs of trousers called me 2 help him decide which 2 wear.As I did dis,I used d opportunity 2 ask 4 a pair of trousers even though he was taller dan I was.Den I remembered an uncle who had a pair of shoes nd a pair of sandals dat were not okay.He agreed 2 give me d sandal.Since I never wore a shoe b4,I began 2 practice how 2 walk wit it b4 d prize giving day.On dat day,I appeared wit extra long trousers nd oversized shoes but received my prize.Have u gone through d bad side of poverty?
