Our clients Royal Concept is a newly incorporated company in Nigeria, their services is to provide consultancy and human resource services to the oil and gas industry. The company also provides engineering services to the major international oil and gas producing companies, independent oil and gas producers, and other major engineering company.

Responsibilities:
• Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
• Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
• Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
• Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a caring attitude
• Be responsible for scheduling task of field personnel
• To develop rapport with the customer base, greet by name
• Take car e of accurate information of the customers and ensure that daily transactions are in order.
• Maintain position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customers information confidential
• Data management including maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing system
• Project document control and archiving
• Perform data entry for project support and invoices
• Assisting with logistics, including travel bookings and ticket purchase
• Assist in resolving administrative issues
• Maintain inventory of office supplies
• Answer calls from clients and customers
• Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a caring attitude
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying to management
• Operate company accounting software, with the support of the company accountant
• Assist with payroll
• Assist in processing applications/documents for regulatory compliance and bids

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of H.ND in any discipline
• At least 1 - 3 years experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work under duress.
