However, superplasticizers are very
easy to produce.
Basically, four chemical materials are used in its production including the
active material which is mostly
imported.the other materials can be

Superplasticizer are water reducing
agents and when added to concrete
mix, they improve the workability,
cohesiveness, strenght and durability
of the concrete. If you use admixtures in your
construction works the difference is
always clear.

Microsilica is used in concrete. When it is used in concrete, it acts as a
filler and as a cementitious material.
The small microsilica particles fill spaces
between cement particles and between
the cement past matrix and aggregate
particles. Microsilica also combines with calcium hydroxide to form additional
calcium hydrate through the pozzolanic
reaction. Both of these actions result in
a denser, stronger and less permeable
material.
