Coconut Oil has so many uses which includes:


1.Êat spoonful when you need an energy boost.
2.Use it as the base for a homemade body scrub.

Coconut oil has a strong flavour and if you use too much when cooking you will definitely taste it. I cook with it sometimes, but use very little. I generally prefer extra virgin olive oil for coking. I use it for my lips, my hair in the summer (definitely not in the winter) and a few other things. I didn't know about a few other things on your list, so I will keep them in mind. smiley
