If your a guy you can wear Chinos with a Blazer, no tie, or dark jeans with Blazer, or fitted shirt with Chinos, Basically smart but not a suit and tie. For ladies no trousers, I'd think , a smart Dress or skirt and shirt, or pleated trousers with a semi formal shirt. Anything Smart that is not a corporate suit! Don't go too Casual, I'd say definitely no light blue jeans, keep it Dark down, a bit lighter up, and this goes for the ladies too. A Blazer will be safest if you have one.
