Ibadan is poor. Has always been. Have they stopped using coins?

Shoprite must have done their market survey before investing in Ibadan.

The people are many. Just make sure the low cost items are available n abundance.

Na lie. We have rich people in ibadan just that the poor rushed to go and feed their eyes or let me say they forgot their atm in their wallet at home. The rich once are making list of what they want to buy. So no problem they will sell.
