when u say forcefully create jobs, are u refering to d govt or individuals? If individuals, well, some av dis skills dat can help fresh graduates become self employed. In d process, d fresh graduates will nid mur hands thereby create job opportunities. Instead, dey will forge stories in pdf format and say pple shld buy it as ebooks. Yet, nutin 2move anyone 4ward.

As regards wot we were saying yesterday. Suggestions for fresh graduates is needed here o! I even saw some vacancy yesterday requesting for 6-8yrs experience. I tink dat was Google Nigeria
