Why are Nigerian University/Polytechnic websites so horribly designed and pathetic - especially federal and state. In almost all of them, there is no contact information(email, phone) for the different schools and departments. In this 21st century it is a shame and big disappointment.

Can anyone help me out with the contact information of the the following departments/colleges/school in the following institutions:

Lagos State Polytechnic: School of Engineering Technology and School of Enviromental Studies

Yaba Tech: School of Engineering and School of Enviromental Studies

University of Lagos: Faculty of Engineering
