I am a quality control personnel wt a top QSR in lagos. Got an offer wt MAMACASS for an okay salary but wldnt knw how gud the company is interms of working hours, management style, training, OFF days,Employee treatment etc for a quality control officer in an outlet. Do dy shift QC officers across outlet?how many days OFF?any daily shift? Meanwhile, my current job seems to be fair enough in the aforelisted except for the salary meanwhile there are still some pocket tins I benefit aside salary that would almost amount n comparable to the proposed job.
