these are brand new unopened and unlocked from the u.s which have a 1year manuf. warranty on them.

Don't be dishonest. The 1 year warranty doesn't apply after unlocking.

whats d problem with nigerians?? why do u have to focus only on the negative?? if ur not interested, dont post!  anyone who knows about the iphone knows that apple wont honor the warranty once its unlocked but what YOU in your petite wisdom do not know is that the unlocking software i provide also enables the user to restore the phone back to a locked state before they send it back to apple, geez!!

It isn't 'focusing on the negatives'. it's called 'reading the fine print'.
I've sold a couple of iPhones myself at inflated prices, but i've never had to resort to a gimmick or an untruth to get buyers.
