Poster did not state clearly whether his bedwetting is urine or seminal fluid. Some males that don't know about wetdream(discharge of seminal fluid/sperm while sleeping) may mistake it for bedwetting/urinating on the bed at night.

Poster if what you discharge on your bed is urine, then go with the advise of the person that advised you to use alarm to get your body accustomed to timing suitable for you to pee. You will be surprised at how you will get used to waking up in good time without alarms after 2 or 3 weeks of practising that. If it is seminal fluid/sperm that you discharge, just know that it is a healthy occurence that happen to other male folks too. It is kinda nature's natural way of relieving you of se*xual energy as you said that you are still a virgin.

I av been praying to God,looking 4 a solution going frm babalawo to church complaining only abt my being impotent no solution till ds time am comenting. But about my bed-wetting i also dreamed of urrinating on d ground or anywhere whenever it would happen & when i woke up suddenly i found my body wetted i would quicly stand up find some cloths 2 clean up myself sometimes i thought of using rubber band 2 tight up my thing or wearing condom b4 go 2 sleep though never used dt. it got 2 d extent dt i wished myself death & as per how or what i used 2 curb it nothing in particular especially abt ds bed-wetting issue i never used anything 2 curb it cos i could not think of anything as a solution,cud not discuss it with anybdy i only wept in silence& pray 2 overcome it 1 day and i eat & drink d same thing now at anytime in d same way i used 2 then @ anytime. now it's been going 2 almost 2yrs nw nothing has happened 2 me since den i pray u overcome urs 2. 2. Go to church for prayers and deliverance and attack the source of the problem
3. Get a confirmed alfa or woli that will appease the spirits attacking u,the issue which many nigerians are overlooking is that no matter how hard we try to be western we are and will always be africans,my bro originality still dey work for people .

I will advice you learn to be conscious of waking up every one hour at night to empty your bladder for a start and sooner than you know, your body will adapt. Later you can start increasing the interval till you are able to sleep all night without bed wetting.

On most occasion, it is estimated that the bladder refills every two hours. Get yourself an alarm clock that can blast at two hours interval. After some time your subconscienceness will get use to it which means you won't need the alarm clock anymore.

Unfortunately I am not in nigeria if not I would have directed u to a place in ibadan,the last time I saw the woman was about 5 years ago and she was old then,ppl come to her from as far as uk and usa ,that time I was suffering from a terrible std that was just eating my mummy,she gave me some herbs and my guy believe it ,it all wiped off,most prophets in nigeria now are fake and they will just be telling u stories and collecting money from u,but let me tell u people that can help u.those that have info about confirm traditional doctors or alfas are not those on nl or websites .this was what I did I started talking to local people,real illitrates they are the ones that knows all these ppl but if u rely on ppl here on nl,they will mislead u with their medical jargons.if u see an elderly man that u feel u can approach in secret do so and hear his advice ,those are the kind of ppl that can help

there has been so many key suggestions as to how you could come around with a solution to your problem and i must say that virtually all the suggestions are lovely....these cues came from Siena, bellong, Havila28, Chrisvicmall, omiobo, and many others i wouldn't be able to mention....#couldn't read thru all the pages abeg.

@OP, you sleep too much!!!! you even sleep walk if i must add. your solution at this stage is more of a psychological one. just like its been earlier suggested you would have to cut your water in-take especially in the evenings. infact stop drinking water or fluid by 6pm and make efforts to sleep late after you must have emptied your bladder *not forgetting your alarm clock beside you*. you could sleep by 10 or 11pm, that way your ride thru dreamland would be not so long before morning.

another thing you need to do is not get yourself sleeping in a cool room. you need the sweat to wake u up when ur pressed too....but if the room is air-conditioned or too cool, you would store enough fluid and still wet the bed even after sleeping late and emptying your bladder plus having ur alarm. avoid focusing the fan (ceiling, standing or table fan) on you before sleeping. Can you try sleeping with the fan switched off?

you already feel bad enough and at this point your problems have been half solved. so don't hate yourself much. rather add some sincere heart felt prayers to the remedies recommended.

i don't know if you need a doctor o! but IMHO its not necessary for now......that should be a last resort since its something you do occasionally.

in addition, find some time to spend the night out of your comfort zone. this would reduce how relaxed you would get when sleeping and help your alertness.
