VACANCY FOR THE POST OF A PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION
Devising and maintaining office systems, data management and filing, organising, maintaining diaries and making appointments, manage incoming and outgoing correspondences on behalf of the COO, taking dictation, organising COO’s engagements and taking minutes at meetings. Act as an interface between the COO’s office, clients and other staff as well as coordinating COO’s daily schedule.

REQUIREMENTS
HND or B.Sc in any of the Social Sciences, 1-3 years experience in similar role, must be smart, proactive and must possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
