If my advice will not discourage him I will say NO. why? because last year my deppt recommended me but the PG school denied me the admission because I could not provide the NYSC cert during application even though I've completed the service before their admission. The Deputy Dean PG said they cancelled my name because they could not see my NYSC cert. I suggest the person contact the PG school first if they will not use NYSC for admission

No new development... I check the school website on a daily basis..... I have to idea about the transcript maybe you should call one of their hotline.
