Airtel Nigeria has commissioned a customer experience centre at the
University of Lagos (UNILAG), Akoka, to
meet the needs of the academic community.

With the location of the shop on the
campus, students, academic and non-
academic staff as well as visitors to the
campus have been availed the
opportunity to access Airtel’s all-
inclusive service experience that
includes a rich range of unique offerings
in data, voice, bill payment, query
resolution and general enquiries.

In addition to the new shop, Airtel also
refurbished the institution’s faculty of
education auditorium, complete with
top-of-the-range air conditioners.

Lagos Regional Operations Director,Airtel Nigeria, Bayo Osinowo, said the new service point was in line with Airtel’s strategy to take its customer service delivery to the door steps of customers.
