you people are wrong a north judge has no power to remove a king in nigeria. no judge has that power. not even the supreme court of nigeria has power to remove a king. why do i say so.

no northern judge has the power to remove a king or eastern judge has that power to remove a king , not even a governor of a state has the power in western nigeria. The problem is the judiciary is corrupt in Nigeria. Some judges are old enough to advice this judge on what happen and what international treaty nigeria has.

let look at the issue. what knowledge of yoruba history has this judge that gave him the authority to do that. he has no knowledge to know what the tradition or culture of this people are.

so under the independent act and the pre independent constitution, judge murthar has no power to make that decision. that decision is left with the western nigeria council of chief. it is abuse of power under the military in nigeria that gave raise to this where judge or governor are seen to abuse their power.

no judge in nigeria has the power to remove the oni of ife, the oba of lagos. oba of benin.. the supreme court have not been given that power. that power is reserve for the council of chief. a king can not be taken to a court. but only to a council of chief. this is abuse pf power by the nigeria judiciary,

Under the international treaty law, no judge or governor is given that power. can oni of ife, the oba of lagos. oba of benin.. be remove by a judge, the answer is NO. the supreme court or governor has no power to remove under the independent act. this is abuse of power. it is because most of the judge because of corruption and abuse of power by the migeria military or governors.

Not even the president of nigeria has that power. No northern nigeria judge or Eastern nigeria judge has that power. it is because the judiary have abuse the international treaty and independent. Judges send innocent people to jail just because they are from different ethnic group.

So Justice murthar under the independent act has no power to make that decision. there was a different between the sokoto caliphate and the north. because there were islamic militant group like Boko haram.. and there was a jihad. this is why the issue of Kwara and kogi , some people assume that it was part of the north..

Fulani/hausa carried out an Islamic Jihad.. like you just saw Boko Haram trying to do..

That judge has no power. Massob Judge or MEND Judge , Justice Emeka Uzoh Uzoh can wake up one day and make claim he remove a Northern king Etse Nupe. Can a Boko Haram Judge wake up and say the same. Some Judge in Nigeria are member of Boko Haram because Boko Haram is not there real name.. It is an islamic group and some Judges are member of this group.

The way the judiciary is constitute. that judge has no power or knowledge to make that decision because , some kingship are not rotational. Same Judge was also the one during the Ayo salami cases.
