HUMAN RESOURCE ANALYST

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

General understanding and delivering of HR strategies within the company Coordinate & stir HR unit in the right direction so as to be ready for the ever evolving HR /Business world in a manufacturing company
Expectation of a proven track record with at least 3 years cognate experience in the practice of HR either at Senior Supervisory or Managerial role
Previous experience of managing or heading a HR team of a good structured manufacturing firm
Substantial budget management experience
Previous experience of performing or overseeing the delivery of HR deliverables in timescale and budget
Significant experience of implementing change
Strong decision making ability
Excellent eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
Ability to motivate and lead a team (oversee their work, development and assessment)
Self-motivated
Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize & delegate accordingly
Confident and credible verbal presentation skills (for committee reporting)
Able to relate to staff at all levels including directors and staff members
Excellent written & presentation skills
Able to communicate effectively with professional advisers (e.g. External auditors & vendors)

EDUCATION
1st degree in relevant field
Professional certification in HR (CIPMN, CIPD etc.) and a demonstrable record in Post graduate training and development would be of added advantage.
