Our judges I salute oooooooo. Court of Appeal frees Al-Mustapha Hamza Al-Mustapha, who has been standing trial for the murder of Kudirat Abiola, has been discharged and acquitted by the Court of Appeal. The verdict overturns the death sentence that was imposed on both men by the Lagos High Court. In declaring his verdict, the presiding judge accused the lower court of being “stroked to secure a conviction by all means.” The former chief security officer to former president Sani Abacha, was sentenced to death on January for conspiracy and murder of Mrs. Abiola, who was shot in Lagos on June 4, 1996. http://dailypost.com.ng/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/al-mustapha2-300x207.jpg |

I just read this morning that some students have been sentenced to 30yrs imprisonment for using fake NYSC letters. Meanwhile a confirmed murderer is going to walk freely. A criminal like Maina was charged 750k after stealing N25billion. Which way Nigeria? |
