It will not solve anything. I read it on mashable this morning and I was laughing. Nothing can replace online real time chat. Nothing can replace email. Nothing can replace mobile telecommunication. The world has gone digital. And we cannot slow the world down again. So if I want to send a confidential message to my people in Nigeria, I will have to type it with a typewriter then board a flight and go and deliver it with my hands and then board a flight and return? That wil be the height of madness. The issue is that as long as the world continues to go digital and make some great strides in technology, security and confidentiality of information will continue to diminish. Even this Snowden of a guy have revealed that Microsoft has aided the US government to bypass it's encryption to intercept communication data through Microsoft Outlook. Although Microsoft has denied it, but it may be true. Who knows what facebook, twitter and google are secretly doing with our data? |

^^^ Did you ever grow up in the time of fascimile? Also, every company has a deal with the US govt to have a "back door" into their products. Yes, even the paper you print on (if you are on the US) has a back door that will allow them to know which store the paper was bought from. Scary stuff. 1 Like |
