Pls doctors in d house i need ur advice i was playing football last week when am running to collect d ball from my opponent i didnt know there was a small pothole in from of me before i knew it my right leg went into d hole my leg shook them i stop and feel a slight pain on my kneel but i thought it was nothing serious when i want to continue but d pain wouldnt let them when i went home it was becoming to painfull for me that i cant move my leg freely as i was doing before them i notice that d vein dat makes d kneel to move freely is paining me so much i have taken drugs that relieves pain and massaging balm on it all to no avail pls advice me on what to do d pain is too much

You should go to the hospital to get proper treatment.
However start by applying ice block to it and get a bandage to support your knee.

U nid to go to a hospital preferably a state / a teaching hosp, get an x-ray done nd see an orthopaedic surgeon.
