I am researching on ''corporate social responsbility and performance'', havin elated the variables that i will use which are...dependent variabl (return on equity) and indpendnt variables (charitable donations, community CSR and human resources mgt); I have calculated d ROE from annual report but am faced seriously with how to convert d indpendent variables to figures just as i did with ROE.
