Sch. or UBE) during primary level, so during the time many were down pressed on how to take permision from d class teacher, talk, contribute durin class or even lay report 2 d teacher wen wrongd by felow clas mate because we were told 2 always speak English lan. & stop usin our local languges or d defaultant pays d fine of #20.
