Description
• The Management Trainee Program is designed for fresh graduates in order to train and develop them to take roles as future leaders in the Finance,
Engineering, Sales, Human resources and Marketing functions.
• The program stretches for a minimum period of twelve months in which selected graduates will be tutored and mentored into becoming champions of their job functions with periodic reviews and appraisals for the company we are recruiting for.


Requirements
• A minimum of B.SC/HND or its equivalent in any of the following fields: Engineering, Business Administration and Marketing.
• NYSC discharge certificate
• Less than 2 years post
graduate working experience (NYSC inclusive)
• Maximum of 25 years of age by December 2013
• Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office applications and internet.
• Excellent communication/ presentation skills, drive and integrity will be required
• Fluency in English is compulsory
• Clear focus on value creation and team spirited
• Appreciable docility and readiness to learn
• Must be living in Ibadan
