chamotex: Guys please understand that due to limited spaces only the main league winner, carling cup and conference winner will automatically get the code for the FA cup.

Some will also get as some teams will be relegated and some who weren't active and were dashing awoof points last season do not deserve to stay in the FA cup.

There will be Carling cup and Conference codes respectively.

Thanks for understanding. cool

Please Chamo send me one of the codes......Naija FC

Hey Chamo,

Can I have the codes pls. Plus the cup codes.

Regarding the monetary league I discussed with you earlier, I figures we ask folk first if they would be interested (I'm sure most will) and move from there.

1. I feel entrance fee should be in the region of £10- £20 (N2500- N5000)
2. Money sent to you and kept in a Trust with two respectable nairalanders in charge.
3. Winner takes 80% of the total and admin should take 20% for their troubles
4. Monetary prizes makes it more interesting!

Let me know if you think its a good idea.

its really a good idea, but for a gambler like me, i ll prefer a format where we dont all have to wait till the end of the season before the prize is given out. we have 38 weeks to run. the proceeds from the collective stake can be divided into 38 whereby every week, a winner goes home with the stake for dat week. the winner will be' he who has the highest point for the week ' my opinion though

The weekly monetary logistics will be too complicated.

With regards with waiting till the end of the season, I feel that it would be ideal to wait till the end of the season since we have to wait anyway to know the champions of the league. Why not also wait to know the champion of the fantasy league.

Another interesting fact;

If we manage to get 15 folks to sign up on £20 (N5000), That will be a prize pool of £260 (65,000) minus the proposed %20 for admin which is £60 (15,000).

I gurantee you. folks will be calculating calculus before every saturday with their teams.

What we do at my office is pay 50 quid (10 of us) for the entire season

Manager of the month gets 20 quid(based on points accrued over a four week period),Manager of the year gets 100 quid,2nd gets 70 quid and 3rd gets his stake back.

The beauty of this system is that it encourages people to fight on, even when there are obvious leaders...You dont have to be top dog to win manager of the month

We did the Yahoo FPL though...more competetive

Really nice system, you get to look foward to a weekly pay. However, the logistics and the amount of money may deter some here if we use your office system.

I just looked through the yahoo fantasy system, it seem better than sky's and the prem's system. Simple and easy to use. I signed up.
