HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

* Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
* Assist in hiring the case of hiring of senior team leaders, by screening and interviewing candidates.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, background investigation results (Reference Check and Guarantors), and other personnel records.

* Prepares and conduct orientation and training programs.
* Provide effective leadership in conflict and grievances resolution.
* Offer counseling employees and supervisors.
* Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs as well as recommending benefit programs to management.
* Recommend, develop, interpret and clarify personnel procedures and policies.
* Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
* Carry-out both verbal and written directions and instruction as assigned from management.
* Maintain inter- and intradepartmental work flow by providing information to and co-operate with colleagues
