The candidate will prospect for potential leads, uncover needs within those prospects and qualify those leads to the wider team at the company. The candidate will also work with this team to propose solutions for existing clients and win business from new clients

* Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to think logically
* Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills are vital, and Business Development Managers should be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the customer or employee they are dealing with.
* Strong leadership skills and should be able to manage and motivate a wide range of people so that the sales team hits its targets.
* Candidates must be able to quickly prioritize jobs under pressure, and be able to anticipate the changing needs of customers and clients.
* Candidates should be outgoing and friendly and exceptional at building rapport.
