You might not be able to complete the project with 2M, but it will definitely get you to roofing level provided you are not building on gigantic plan.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately the 2M is part of the Land Purchase. i am looking to see if i can get any where with 2M for a start. If not theres no point even starting (I think) - how much do you think Land would cost me? and how do i go about searching for one...

I have a plan to start up a Project , I am just a young struggle guy,but I have some questions. I would like to build a small 3 bedroom flat in delta state. I don’t have a land yet but I would like to know what I am getting myself into if it’s worth it.

1. Would 2 Million be able to start something up? If yes – to what extent.
2. What is the average price of Land in Delta state mayb 100 x100 or 100x 50
3. How much approximately will it cost me to Fence 100 x100 land.
4. Do you think I should go ahead? (I only have 2M in my account sadly).

Which part of Delta state are you looking at Asaba, Warri, Abraka, Okpanam e.t.c. you need to specify that first.
