He said in a thread created by some one who wants to know d diff btw a programmer n developer, that a programmer just writes d lines of code btw a developer writes a code n dos some other thins cnt remember n creates d app or software .so pardon me if u dnt understnd me language

you'd need more than just a developer.

You need someone that can build mobile apps.

You need someone that can build server apps.

And you'll need someone that can build you a gateway from internet to PSTN (Public switched telephone network). PSTN is the network for you gsm, lan line and so on.

It looks like a minimum of 3 months which will consist coding and testing.
