Tough one, I am in love with many Jamaican dishes, Jamaicans are have the cuisine from the Caribbean but have stiff competition from Haitians and Trinidadians |

Mi did try a lickle lamb curry ting recently. That's my fav! @kails, what you tink? 3 hour cook down inna dutch pot. Meat was tenderrrr  . Grand-aunts recipe, ya done know. Before and after shown. I had to have the evidence hehe
