If section 29 (4)
(b) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria, which deems a married
underage girl as an adult remains part of the constitution a ''psyco '' father could give his 2 months old child out in marriage and he will be seen to have fulfilled a constitutional responsibility.
Nairalanders we owe our children and Generation yet unborn a responsibility which is to stand up to this pedophiles in their quest to eternally constitutionalize the continuous rape of our children.
