If Internet Explorer crashes, closes or stops working  while you are browsing, you can receive an error message stating that “Internet Explorer not working or Internet Explorer encountered a problem and need to close.” Just pay attention to the tricks that would be unvailed here. First ensure that your internet connection is still connected and working properly by testing it with another browser. If the Internet Explorer fails to open or closes again after being open, then the problem behind that might be the cause of a low memory, or corrupted or missing system files.
