Three ball mills are the best method of maintenance machinery, not only reduces the project cost, improve work efficiency, so maintenance of ball mill is the best way, maintenance is not literally built, but there are ways, the following three methods are as follows:

1. Minor repair of ball mill: check the cleaning ball mill in the measurement of tooth surface wear, check ball mill liner wear and replace if necessary.

2. Repairing of ball mill: the replacement of ball mill feeding parts, the replacement drive small gear wheel and bearing, reducer disintegration inspection of construction waste management. Big gear running 2-4 years of use can be adjusted according to situation, hollow shaft run measured in 2-4 years.

3. The overhaul of ball mill: disintegration check cleaning, measuring, according to the abrasion of ball mill, repair or replace the big gear, hollow shaft, spherical, drive shaft, small gear and cylinder, repaired change ball mill components, after the ball mill equipment overhaul, must carry out commissioning acceptance work.
